Returns Policy – My Perfect Health

Prescription Medicines – No Returns or Refunds
Due to legal and safety requirements under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and guidance from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any prescription medication once it has been dispensed and dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Incorrect (e.g. wrong medication, strength, or quantity)
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Once reported, our pharmacy team will promptly investigate. Where appropriate, we may offer:

A full refund (depending on the circumstances and subject to our verification process)
We may request:

Photographic evidence

Safe return of the incorrect or damaged item (where legally permitted)
Order Cancellations

Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispensed, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we aim to process prescriptions quickly.

After dispatch: Once your medication has been prepared for delivery or shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order under any circumstances.
Cold Chain Medicines
Some medications require cold chain handling (temperature-controlled storage and delivery). For these medicines:

Returns are strictly not accepted, even if the packaging is unopened

You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and store the medication correctly (typically in a refrigerator)
Failure to follow handling instructions may impact the safety or effectiveness of your medicine.
