Welcome to My Perfect Health, operated by Perfect Health Care Ltd. These Terms and Conditions explain how we deliver medical services and manage the supply of any prescribed medication.
By using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Perfect Health Care Ltd, trading as My Perfect Health, is a UK-based private healthcare provider. We offer:

Face-to-face consultations at our clinical consulting rooms in Denbigh, North Wales

Clinical assessments and private prescriptions when appropriate
We are currently awaiting registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to operate our own in-house pharmacy.
Until that registration is complete, all prescriptions are dispensed and delivered by CloudRx, a fully licensed and GPhC-registered UK pharmacy partner.

2. Our Services
We provide:

Remote medical consultations with UK-registered doctors

In-person consultations at our clinical consulting rooms in Denbigh

Clinical evaluation and private prescribing where appropriate

Dispensing of prescribed medicines through CloudRx (or via our own pharmacy when approved)
Please note: We currently act as a medical service provider, not a pharmacy. Dispensing is fulfilled through a licensed partner.
3. Eligibility
To access our services, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Be a UK resident

Provide truthful, complete medical and personal information
We may decline service where clinical, legal, or ethical concerns apply.
4. Consultations and Prescriptions
When booking a consultation (remote or in-person):

You must complete a health assessment form

Your case will be reviewed by a UK-licensed doctor

A prescription will be issued only if medically appropriate
We may refer you to in-person NHS or emergency services where necessary.
5. Dispensing of Medication
All prescriptions issued by our doctors are:

Transmitted to CloudRx, a registered UK pharmacy

Dispensed and delivered securely under pharmacy regulations
Once our own GPhC registration is approved, Perfect Health Care Ltd will manage dispensing directly.
6. Cold Chain and Special Handling Medicines
For medications requiring refrigeration or special handling:

CloudRx uses secure, temperature-controlled packaging

Deliveries are tracked and time-sensitive
You are responsible for:

Ensuring timely acceptance of delivery

Storing medication according to provided instructions
We are not liable for degradation caused by storage errors or missed deliveries.
7. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable

Full payment is required before consultations or prescription processing

We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment systems
If a prescription cannot be issued following clinical assessment, a full or partial refund may be issued.
8. Delivery
Prescriptions are dispatched by CloudRx or, once licensed, our in-house pharmacy.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary.
We are not responsible for:

Courier-related delays

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Missed deliveries due to unavailability

9. Returns and Refunds
Under UK law:

Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed and dispatched

This includes unopened, unused, or cold chain items
If an item is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

10. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:

Third-party courier delays or errors
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your data will only be shared with:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
